Project and Office Managers (2 people needed)



Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the company with internal and external engagements
  • Control budgets and optimize expenses
  • Ensure employees are motivated and productive
  • Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage the company’s diary and portfolio, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
  • Book and manage complex travel arrangements
  • Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
  • Oversees field staff and other company's employees within the state


Requirements and skills
*At least 3 years of experience in related field
*Comprehensive understanding of employee, office management systems and applications
*Exceptional planning and time management skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in Yoruba language is an added advantage)
*Discretion and confidentiality
*Minimum of BSC in any discipline
*Must reside in Osogbo

Admin officers

The Admin officer should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. The Administrator’s main tasks include managing office equipment, booking meetings and events, arranging travel and distributing mail. Our ideal candidate has experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary or relevant administrative role. You should also be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations.



Responsibilities
*Book meetings and schedule events
*Order office stationery and supplies
*Maintain internal databases
*Submit expense reports
*Keep employee records (physical and digital)
*Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
*Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
*Prepare regular reports and presentations
*Organize, store and print company documents as needed
*Answer and redirect phone calls
*Make travel arrangements
*Handle queries from managers and employees
*Update office policies and ensure compliance with them

*BSC in business administration, Secretarial Studies or any related field

We are looking for a motivated Field Officers that can work with little or no supervision to ensure the high quality of service delivery. The goal is to build sustainable relationships and trust with operator's accounts through open and interactive communication



Responsibility

*Registration and onboarding of operators at a designated centre

*Formulate relationships of trust with operators

*Adhere to company’s given rules and regulations

*Produce frequent and analytical service reports

*Perform troubleshooting and strive to resolve issues

*Handle company's tools like laptop, tablet etc efficiently and effectively


Requirements

*Must be able to operate computer devices like tablet, laptop etc

*Be friendly and able to speak local language most especially Yoruba

*Young and energetic

*OND Holders and below 35 years old

*Must reside in any local government in osun state

Freelancers

The goal is to build sustainable relationships and trust with operator's accounts through open and interactive communication. As a freelancer, you can work at your own schedule and must be close a certain designated centre
